Mayor Chapman and Commissioner Willhite attended the grand opening & ribbon cutting at Lifeline Children’s Services.

Located in historic Middletown at 11613 Main Street, Lifeline’s mission is to provide hope and a future through the Gospel for children around the world by engaging and equipping people towards adoption, foster care and orphan care. Founded in 1981, Lifeline has placed over 1,000 children domestically and over 2,500 internationally. Lifeline has offices in eight states and programs in 15 countries.
