A Special Celebration with Animal Medical Center Friends and Neighbors

On August 24th Animal Medical Center hosted an Open House to celebrate the opening of their new53,000 sq foot, state of the art Veterinarian Care building.

The Honorable Mayor Chapman addressed the crowd at the opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and named August 24 asAnimal Medical Center Day. He then presented a framed certificate of the proclamation to the Veterinarians.

After the Mayor spoke, Councilman Jerry Miller addressed those gathered. He acknowledged the hard work and effort of the owners of AMC, Dr Donna Allen and Dr Judy Hofmeister, and complimented their new building.

Dr.Hofmeister thanked her partner Donna Allen, their dedicated staff, and their loyalcustomers for making their dream come true. Without the efforts and loyalty of all their dream would not have become a reality. Veterinarians Allen, Caudill and Hofmeister cut the large red ribbon and then invitedMayor Chapman, Councilman Miller and all of the other guests to enter the building for a tour and refreshments.

Drs Allen, Caudill and Hofmeister along with their experienced staff were busy giving tours and answering questions the entire event which began at 10am and ended at 3pm. Vendors of AMC were there to support the staff, answer questions and provide mementos of their respective products to the open house guests which numbered close to 400. Among the Vendors were representatives of the FMD Architects and Kline Construction that designed and built the building.

The new building layout includesseparate cat and dog areas to limit the stress to animals while visiting. Other special features include an enclosed yet outdoor play area, state of the art dentistry and surgical suites, and a private comfort area. Space for laser therapy and laser surgery is also in place.

Animal Medical Center of Middletown is proud of their Middletown location and hopes all of their friends will think about using their services when looking for care for four-legged family members.

Thanks to all who came to the open house and a big thank you to Mayor Chapman for making our ceremony special.
